Carnegie Acquires Erik Penser Wealth Management, Erik Penser Corporate Finance, Penser Access, and Penser Future from Erik Penser Bank
Carnegie Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of the acquisition of Erik Penser Wealth Management and Erik Penser Corporate Finance business areas as well as the Penser Access and Penser Future from Erik Penser Bank.
As part of this acquisition, Erik Penser Bank has become owner of 4% of Carnegie Holding, strengthening the strategic partnership. Furthermore, we are delighted to welcome Jenny Penser to Carnegie’s board of directors, effective immediately.
This acquisition will further solidify Carnegie’s position as the leading provider in wealth management, financial advisory and asset management in the Nordic region.
